What You Will Do
SALES
- Drive retail sales growth and market share across assigned Midwest territory
- Partner closely with retail teams, store leadership, and brand ambassadors to achieve sales goals
- Analyze business trends, productivity, and opportunities by retailer and door
- Build strong relationships with retail partners including luxury department stores, specialty retailers, and independent boutiques
- Execute strategic business initiatives to support launches, animations, and seasonal priorities
- Support staffing strategy, counter productivity, and sales-driving initiatives
- Ensure excellence in execution at store level including merchandising, stock support, and visual presentation
- Recap market visits, business trends, and opportunities to leadership team
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual fragrance trainings for retail teams and freelancers
- Inspire selling teams through storytelling, product knowledge, and experiential selling techniques
- Create strong emotional connection between retail teams and the Memo Paris universe
- Coach selling behaviors that drive conversion, AOV, and client retention
- Support onboarding and continued development of brand ambassadors and freelancers
- Maintain strong product expertise across Memo Paris
- Ensure education tools, sampling strategy, and training materials are fully executed in market
- Execute luxury retail events, pop-ups, and animations throughout the Midwest territory
- Partner with commercial and store teams on client events, fragrance consultations, and experiential activations
- Support event staffing, setup, execution, and recap reporting
- Create elevated customer experiences that drive traffic, conversion, and brand awareness
- Represent the brand during market appointments, retailer meetings, and industry events
- Support seasonal initiatives including holiday, gifting, and exclusive launches
- Travel frequently throughout the Midwest territory
- Maintain strong communication with corporate leadership and retail partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, operations, and sales teams
- Manage expenses, calendars, reporting, and territory planning efficiently
- Be a true brand ambassador representing the luxury, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit of Memo Paris
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holiday retail periods as needed
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or retail field leadership
- Strong background in sales, education, clienteling, and event execution
- Passion for luxury fragrance and storytelling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory
- Experience working with luxury department stores and/or niche fragrance preferred
- Must be based in Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
- Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned territory
