Job Summary
The Admin & Marketing Assistant will split their responsibilities equally between administrative operations (50%) and marketing / social media coordination (50%). This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to support both internal operations and external brand activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations (50%)
- Serve as the main contact for property management; ensure office spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Oversee cleaning services, minor repairs, and facility maintenance.
- Monitor and restock office/kitchen supplies; handle procurement and vendor coordination.
- Track and manage company assets (electronics, livestream equipment, costumes, etc.); coordinate laundry and storage.
- Receive/send packages and maintain admin records (e.g., inventory, SIM card lists).
- Provide HR admin support: assist onboarding, maintain employee files, and support attendance/leave tracking.
Marketing & Social Media (50%)
- Plan, draft, and publish engaging posts (esp. Xiaohongshu/RED Note) to promote events, livestreams, and campaigns.
- Research platform trends, competitor activities, and hashtags to optimize engagement.
- Identify and connect with influencers/KOLs for brand collaborations.
- Build relationships with creators and coordinate sample/product seeding.
- Compile reports on content performance, engagement, and follower growth.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Previous experience in office administration and/or marketing/social media preferred.
- Strong research and writing skills in Chinese and English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to platform-specific audiences.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 30–50 lbs (e.g., Costco supplies, office equipment, inventory boxes).
