Job Purpose
Memnon is seeking a proactive, commercially driven Business Development Manager to build and execute a structured new business development strategy across clearly defined industry verticals and geographic regions in the United States. Verticals and regions may evolve over time in line with company priorities. This role is all about creating opportunities. This is a full‑cycle commercial role. The ideal candidate is assertive, resourceful, and works well independently or as part of a team. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, knock on doors, and open conversations from scratch. You’ll be responsible for promoting the business and the range of services that it represents on a semi-technical level to the US market with the support of a global Sales Operations Management team, a local Production and Sales team and the Chief Revenue Officer.
In summary, this role is:
- A full‑cycle business development role
- Accountable for revenue generation within defined verticals and regions

Ideally, you possess unique, specialized industry knowledge and expertise in identifying potential revenue opportunities through networking and assertive field sales techniques.
Competitive salary performance-based incentives.
