The Underwriting Departmental Internship is a unique, immersive opportunity to experience how underwriting truly works from the inside out. Over the course of 11 weeks, two interns will work together and rotate through different managers within the department — gaining exposure to a wide range of underwriting functions, systems, and real‑world challenges.
You’ll learn how underwriting decisions are made, how agencies are managed, how compliance is maintained, and how data and systems support the entire operation. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and learning by doing.
