What You’ll Do
As an Account Analyst, you’ll be the backbone of the underwriting process, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and seamless policy management:
- Drive accuracy and compliance by supporting policy issuance in partnership with Managing Underwriters
- Own the details—gather, analyze, and maintain critical account data across systems
- Prepare and track renewal underwriting reviews, keeping everything on schedule
- Quote, modify, and support business decisions within established underwriting guidelines
- Assist with complex transactions and out-of-guideline requests as directed
- Leverage underwriting systems to build and maintain policy information for new and renewal accounts
- Manage policy lifecycle actions—renewals, cancellations, and endorsements—with precision
- Ensure consistent workflow execution and maintain high-quality documentation
- Deliver responsive service by communicating clearly and following up with agents in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet service standards
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfort working with data and automated systems
- Excellent communication and follow-through
