Job Description:
MEMCO is seeking Shade Installers to join our customer's team in Nashville. This position focuses on installing window covering systems in residential and commercial environments across all building types.
Responsibilities:
- Installing manual and motorized roller shades and custom draperies
- Working carefully in finished spaces
- Using basic tools such as drills
- Performing minor low-voltage work
- Assisting with integration of shades with lighting and control systems
- Installing solutions designed for solar and temperature control, occupant comfort, acoustics, and light filtering
Requirements:
- Ability to work in finished interiors
- Basic experience using hand tools and drills
- Strong attention to detail
- Window covering installation experience is a plus
- Steel toe boots required
- Must have own basic hand tools and own handheld drill
- Ability to pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen
