The ideal candidate will have experience operating bulldozers for clearing, grading, debris removal, and final site preparation. - Operate dozer for land clearing, debris removal, and grading
- Perform rough and finish grading to project specifications
- Push, spread, and level soil and other materials
- Maintain safe operating procedures at all times
- Conduct daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
- Perform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues
- Coordinate with supervisors and ground crew to ensure efficient workflow
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Skills
- Experience with GPS grading systems
- 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of environmental and erosion control practices
- Bilingual
