NOW HIRING: Lube Technician – Heavy Diesel Equipment
Location: Hockley, TX
MEMCO is looking for a dependable Lube Technician to join our team in the Hockley area. If you have experience performing routine maintenance on heavy diesel equipment and take pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on heavy diesel equipment
- Change engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission fluids, and filters
- Grease and lubricate equipment according to service schedules
- Inspect machines for leaks, worn components, and other maintenance needs
- Check and maintain fluid levels
- Complete basic service records and communicate any issues to the shop supervisor
- Keep the shop and work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience performing lube service or preventative maintenance on heavy diesel equipment
- Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Ability to safely operate tools and shop equipment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Valid DL
