Key Responsibilities:
- Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Build and install formwork for concrete foundations and structural components
- Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools
- Set embedded items such as anchor bolts and steel plates
- Perform rebar tying and rod busting work as needed
- Collaborate with other trades to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and OSHA-compliant job site
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of concrete carpentry experience, including formwork and foundation work
- Rod busting/rebar tying experience preferred
- Proficient with carpentry tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to read construction blueprints
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, E-Verify, and background check
- Strong work ethic, safety-minded, and attention to detail
