Role Description
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Branch Specialist to join the team at our Adams Village Branch.
- The Branch Specialist is responsible for providing a superior level of service to our membership. In addition to processing member transactions, you will address member inquiries, assist members in identifying products to satisfy their needs, open new accounts, assist with consumer loans, and provide clerical support for the branch.
- Hours for this are Monday 8:30AM-5PM, Wednesday 8:30AM- 12PM, Thursday 9:00AM-6:15PM and every Saturday 8:30AM -12:15PM
Qualifications
- Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking or credit union experience is strongly preferred, or at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and teller processing (Fiserv DNA, a plus). Knowledgeable of standard credit union products and services.
