Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pensacola, FL. As a Financial Services Representative II, III, or IV, you will provide personalized support to members by assisting with their financial needs, offering guidance on products and services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions, opening accounts, promoting banking and investment products, and ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and provide members with a positive banking experience.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior banking, credit union, teller, cash handling, or related member service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good math, typing, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to service excellence and confidentiality
- Must be bondable
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday rotation: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
