Responsibilities
- Engage with members to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Open new accounts for members, including checking, savings, and loan products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Educate members on bank products, services, and promotions that best meet their needs.
- Assist members with online and mobile banking inquiries and transactions.
- Resolve member issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and foster a supportive environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver’s License
- Previous experience in banking or member service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support diverse members.
Starting pay is $16 per hour.
