Responsibilities
o Engage with members to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
o Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
o Educate members on bank products, services, and promotions that best meet their needs.
o Assist members with online and mobile banking inquiries and transactions.
o Resolve member issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
o Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and foster a supportive environment.
Requirements
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Driver’s License
o Previous experience in banking or member service is highly desirable.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support diverse members.
Starting pay is $16 per hour.
