Responsibilities:
The IT Support Services Specialist provides comprehensive technical support for all Members 1st associates, ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and security of IT systems and services. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software, while also managing end-user computing environments across multiple platforms.

- Providing second-level technical support for all incoming IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems with hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and iOS devices, ensuring all systems and workstations operate efficiently.
- Provisioning hardware and software, supporting remote office locations, and diagnosing basic and intermediate technical problems.
- Assisting with and, when required, leading IT infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring that systems remain up-to-date and secure.
- Supporting and updating company software, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with users at all levels of the organization to identify needs, deliver technology solutions, and enhance end-user experiences.
- Ensuring endpoint security protection is in place, with regular monitoring for vulnerabilities and maintenance of security systems.
- Developing and maintaining an inventory of all IT assets, documenting hardware failures, repairs, installations, and removals.
- Assisting in training and supporting the IT Support Services Team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
