Our team is now hiring a Account Manager Trainee to join us.
The Account Manager Trainee will be someone who is ready to turn potential into performance. This isn’t a desk job, it's a hands-on, people-first, and results-driven role focused on expanding awareness of AT&T’s service to businesses near us. The Account Manager Trainee will learn the ins and outs of telecom sales, account management, and how to close deals with business owners to best support their operations. Your primary goal will be to deliver personalized service solutions and take pride in the company you work with.
Account Manager Trainee Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with customers and business owners across the Dallas market
- Build relationships with customers and business owners to understand their communication and/or telecommunication challenges to best service them
- Conduct in person assessments of customers needs and recommend the most effective AT&T business services (wireless, fiber, and communication solutions).
- Deliver compelling presentations, guide negotiations, and process sales through a solution-based process
- Collaborate with internal account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Work with AT&T and their team closely to be the first to know about new products, promotions, upgrades, benefits to share with customers and staying competitive
- Learn the full sales cycle to be the main point of contact for customers
Account Manager Trainee Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles is a plus
- A competitive, self-motivated drive to meet and exceed goals
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and handle multiple priorities

Pay: $3,900.00 - $5,100.00 per month
