Job Summary
We are seeking Full time & Part time Class A drivers. At MEM Enterprises we run regional retail routes, as well as drop & hook line hauls. All of our routes are regional and you will be home the same day.
Route drivers bring pallets into the store's designated drop zones via a pallet jack, scan pallet labels utilizing our designated scan app , verify loadout accuracy and complete the required paperwork with the store's receiving manager. All of the deliveries have a designated time window that must be adhered to. There are usually two or three stops within a day before you return to the terminal to end your work day. The route drivers terminal departure times range from 2 AM to 7 AM.
Line Hauls drivers depart throughout the day into early evening. Most of our linehaul routes run to Jackson, MS & are drop & hook.
To qualify for these positions you must have a valid CDL, we require a minimum of 2 years professional driving experience, clean MVR, Clearinghouse, Background check & pass a drug screen.
Equipment and trucks are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Inspection: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment and trailers, reporting any mechanical issues or damage to management.
- Communication: Coordinate with warehouse dispatchers, dock leads, and admins to prioritize moves.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a strict "Safety First" mindset, adhering to all OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Precision Driving: Expertly back 53’ trailers into tight dock spaces with zero incidents, and maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Clean driving record
- Previous industry experience
- 2 years of driving history
- Ability to pass a drug screen, Clearinghouse & background check
