Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage register operations smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces.
- Assist with event management or special promotions to enhance guest engagement.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism and patience.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure quick service and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in conflict management and guest services to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems are advantageous.
- MUST HAVE MORNING AVAILABILITY!!!
Pay: $16.00 per hour
