What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING INSTRUCTOR position at Melwood Horticultural Training Center Inc.?
Essential Functions
- Deliver workforce readiness curriculum to participants with a wide variety of learning styles and needs in classroom, virtual, and hybrid learning environments.
- Adapt pre-approved lesson plans and curriculum to meet the diverse needs of program participants while maintaining program fidelity.
- Support participant recruitment efforts to achieve enrollment goals by collaborating with team members to coordinate and facilitate participant screenings and interviews.
- Monitor participant progress toward workforce readiness benchmarks and outcomes by maintaining accurate and timely progress notes, daily logs, timesheets, individual planning activities, and other required documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, and workforce development stakeholders to support program success and participant employment opportunities.
*Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm*
