Job Description
We are seeking a Trust And Estates Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Hybrid work options available- some in office hours required.
Responsibilities:
5 years minimum of estate practice, planning and litigation experience
Ability to handle a matter from inception to conclusion
Additional Compensation For Client Origination
Salary range is commensurate with the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications and skill set. Attorneys are able to earn origination fees on clients introduced to the firm through their own efforts.
Our competitive benefits package includes participation in our retirement plan, comprehensive health and dental plans, coverage of CLE registration fees, Bar Association dues and other professional expenses.

- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
