What You'll Be Doing
As a Licensed Residential Plumber, you'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on to keep their plumbing systems operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues
- Installing, maintaining, and servicing plumbing systems and fixtures
- Troubleshooting problems and providing effective solutions
- Performing emergency repairs quickly and professionally
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Following safety standards and regulations
- Accurately documenting work and repairs using ServiceTitan software
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call
Physical Requirements
This role is hands-on and active. Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Standing, sitting, walking, crawling, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching throughout the workday
- Driving for extended periods between service calls
- Lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 25 pounds
- Working outdoors and in varying environmental conditions
- Entering trenches, digging, and assisting with septic and underground plumbing work when needed
What You Bring
We're looking for professionals who combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Active 01, 02, or 04 Plumbing License
- Minimum 1 year of Licensed Service Plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with equipment and in outdoor environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK)
