Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in controls design and engineering within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Phase:
· Create schematics and a bill of materials using AutoCAD Electrical software.
· Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure design accuracy and project completion.
Programming Phase:
· Create and modify programs for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
Checkout and Integration Phases:
· Assist with documentation updates, fixture checkout, safety checklists, troubleshooting of equipment, and integration of components.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical software
- Exposure to PLC and HMI Programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
