We are a premier fondue restaurant located on York Road in Uptown, Towson.

No restaurant experience required. Previous hosting or customer service positions a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide a great first impression by welcoming guests to the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls, assist guests with reservations, and answer any questions.
- Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of guests.
- Provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience and receiving the Perfect Night Out.
- Establish rapport with guests by being professional, hospitable, and recognizing special occasions.
- Work with other Team Members to create memorable experience.
