Responsibilities

• Perform professional body waxing treatments, including facial, bikini, leg, arm, and specialty waxing with precision and care.
• Deliver a variety of skincare services such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to enhance client beauty routines.
• Conduct esthetic laser treatments and other advanced skin therapies following safety protocols.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and recommend personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all tools and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently.
• Offer excellent customer service by creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with comprehensive knowledge of skin care techniques.
• Proven experience in body waxing, skincare treatments, and cosmetology services.
• Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in retail sales to recommend products that complement treatments.
• Knowledge of advanced procedures such as laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox injections, eyelash extensions, and nail care is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform hair threading and barbering services is a plus.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
