Position Overview
As a Melt Experience Specialist, you’ll be the face of our bran-welcoming customers, taking orders, answering questions, and preparing menu items with care. You’ll play a key role in creating a smooth, friendly, and memorable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Take in-store and online orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Prepare crepes, gelato, drinks, and other menu items following store standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front and prep areas
- Handle payments (cash, card, online orders)
- Ensure all orders are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Previous food service experience is a plus (not required)
