Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to physical therapy principles and practices.
- Supervise staff therapists and senior therapists, and be responsible for program planning for efficient and quality therapy services.
- Train staff therapists and senior therapists entering rotation, coordinate and staff clinics, monitor referrals, and handle patient caseloads.
- Document all age-appropriate patient care treatments in the medical record to comply with departmental policies and JCAHO requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an approved school of Physical Therapy.
- Physical Therapy (PT) License.
- Experience in assessing, re-assessing, and treating a variety of diagnoses with a high degree of professional competency and efficiency.
