Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our per diem team serving the pediatric population (birth to age 10). This hybrid role involves providing services in-home or within the community (typically within a 10-15 mile radius of Fallbrook, CA and Temecula, CA, or your starting location) approximately 75% of the time, with approximately 25% delivered virtually. A minimum of 5 hours of on-site availability per week is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to children birth to age 10
- Collaborate with supervising OTs and the interdisciplinary team
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Travel to client homes in the Temecula/Fallbrook areas
- Deliver virtual sessions as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Licensed COTA in California
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric or early intervention experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and communicative
- Must be available for at least 5 hours per week of direct care
