Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team. Litigation Attorney Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Litigation Attorney Qualifications & Skills:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to Texas state bar.
- Experience in litigation, preferably in family law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of state court procedures.
