As a Sales Associate at Melody Shop, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Greet shoppers with a warm smile, answer product questions, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their needs.
• Cashier Duties: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash and credit card payments, and assist with returns or exchanges.
• Merchandising & Restocking: Keep our shelves stocked and displays looking great by unpacking shipments and arranging products neatly.
• Store Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized store by sweeping, dusting, and tidying up aisles and checkout areas.
• Promotions: Share information about store sales, loyalty programs, and special member benefits to enhance the customer experience.
