Compensation:$42,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property showings for the team’s buyer clients
Plan efficient showing tours and confirm appointments with listing agents
Provide a knowledgeable, professional experience for buyers at every showing
Gather client feedback after showings and share it with the buyer agent
Keep client notes and activity up to date in our CRM
Follow up with buyers to keep them engaged throughout their home search
Qualifications:
Active South Carolina Real Estate License
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed
Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
