What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Residential Program Coordinator position at Melmark?
General Responsibilities: The Adult Program Coordinator is the primary administrative and clinical supervisor for the residential program and responsible for managing the clinical and administrative operations of the home. He or she ensures that residential staffing meets DDS regulatory requirements, oversees physical plan concerns of the home and assigns responsibilities to each shift of Residential Adult ABA Counselors for habilitative services and activities. The Program Coordinator may supervise up to 15 staff. Melmark New England Adult services serves adult with autism spectrum disorders, acquired brain injury, neurological diseases and disorders, comorbid mental health disorders and severe needs.
Basic Qualifications Education/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Service Field, or Psychology is preferred.Certifications/Licensure:
