General Responsibilities
- Mix, prepare, and proof donut doughs
- Cut, shape, fry, and finish donuts according to shop standards
- Prepare glazes, fillings, and toppings
- Maintain consistency in product quality, appearance, and taste
- Follow daily production schedules to meet demand
- Keep a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times
- Monitor ingredient levels and communicate inventory needs
- Basic baking knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Prefer at least one (1) year of baking experience
Salary : $17 - $22
