So, you can expect to become the very best at your craft, while creating beautiful specialty pizzas, salads, Munchies, and hoagies that leave our guests craving more.
Are you ready to bake a Higher Order of Pizza?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings (tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and more).
- Become a master at spinning dough in an open kitchen; our customers love this, they will cheer for you (for reals).
- Monitor exact temperatures and cooking times for our premium stone-baked pizzas.
- Be comfortable talking to co-workers and guests; we want you to extend the Mellow vibe to everyone – especially team members.
- Prepare the Mellow specialty pizzas our guests crave and rave about. This includes following recipes and creating build-your-own menu items that leave guests coming back for more.
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and utensils/equipment; we pride ourselves on strict standards for food safety.
