As a Pizza Cook/Line cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious food for our customers. Duties:
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to our recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering any questions about our menu
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Cook/Line cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough stretching techniques, sauce application, and topping distribution
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens, Grills, Toaster ovens
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
