Mellow Mushroom is looking for an energetic, personable Bartender to join our team! If you love creating great guest experiences, know your way around a bar, and can keep things moving in a busy restaurant, we want to meet you.
As a Bartender, you’ll serve up great drinks, connect with guests, and help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere Mellow Mushroom is known for.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages according to Mellow Mushroom standards
- Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift
- Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
- Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements
- Work closely with servers and the restaurant team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable bartender who enjoys connecting with people and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills. The right person will be comfortable multitasking, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for every guest.
Must meet all applicable age and alcohol-service requirements for the location.
