Food Service: Data Entry (Late night)

Schedule is Sunday-Friday with a rotating day off during the week.

Sunday- 4pm-1am

Monday -Friday 3pm -12 am.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data related to food service operations. Your work ensures seamless communication across departments, supports inventory management, and helps uphold the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in overnight shifts and are eager to contribute to a vital part of our food service team.

Duties

• Enter and update data into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with precision and speed.
• Transcribe handwritten or audio information into digital formats, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage order entry processes, verifying details and processing transactions efficiently.
• Organize and file digital and physical records, including invoices, receipts, and inventory logs.
• Have awareness of daily inventory and rotation for customer management.
• Collect data related to inventory levels, supplier deliveries, and food service activities for analysis.
• Cross-collaborate with internal departments, aligning procurement with sales needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to organizational data entry protocols.
• Build relationships with current customers, identifying buying trends and ensuring the quality of products is to their satisfaction.

Skills

• Prior office or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Office applications.
• Experience working with databases, ERP systems, and other data management tools.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of quick data entry under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and order processing.
• Basic math skills for verifying quantities, calculating totals, and managing inventory data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
