Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team on a part-time basis, working Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and values a consistent, family-oriented schedule. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during pediatric dental procedures
- Help foster a calm, friendly, and reassuring experience for children
- Support smooth daily clinical operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment environment
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and parents
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in pediatric dentistry
- Coronal polishing certification is a plus
- Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient-focused, adaptable, and compassionate approach
- Front desk or receptionist experience is an added benefit
