The Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team on a part-time schedule (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays), with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our practice expands.

Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Assist chairside during pediatric dental procedures
- Help children feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident during visits
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for efficiency and safety
- Follow proper sterilization and infection control procedures
- Support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians
What We’re Looking For
- Active RDA license (required)
- Pediatric dental experience (strongly preferred)
- Coronal polishing certification (preferred)
- Understanding of dental terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, patient-centered approach
- Front office or scheduling experience is a plus
