Our established Allstate agency in Newburgh, NY is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team.
Insurance experience is welcome, but not required. If you have the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed, we will train you.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance and service needs
- Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options
- Develop relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
- Follow up with prospective customers and sales opportunities
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Sales or customer service experience is preferred, including retail, hospitality, call center, telemarketing, or other customer-facing experience.

Licensing
A New York Property & Casualty insurance license is required for the position. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain their license.
