Melink Solar is a leading commercial solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company specializing in designing and building solar arrays. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of solar installation projects, ensuring they meet schedules, budgets, and client requirements. You will report directly to the Director of Operations and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure successful project delivery.

Project Planning & Coordination
- Review and approve project budgets before submitting proposals to clients.
- Draft, review, and deliver AIA Contracts to subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Establish a work plan and staffing strategy for each project phase. Recruit and assign appropriate personnel as
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, assign responsibilities, and clarify

- Direct and coordinate project activities to ensure the project progresses on time, stays within budget, and meets
- Provide monthly forecasts of revenue and costs of goods sold (COGS) based on project schedules.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to management, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Meet regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain communication and ensure expectations are met.
- Collaborate with project personnel to offer technical advice and resolve issues as they arise.

- Assist in solar PV system designs if the candidate has an electrical engineering background.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or related software.

- Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year university, or 3 years of related experience (or a combination of education
- PMP certification or similar preferred.
- NABCEP certification preferred.
- Electrical engineering experience is a plus.
- Solar PV system maintenance or design experience preferred.
- Comfort with working with high-voltage AC & DC circuitry.
- Ability to write clear reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
