Role Overview
As the Partner Services Manager,
you play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Small Business Partners
consistently uphold their contractual commitments across various markets. Your
responsibilities include managing operational integrity, maintenance
efficiency, and overall network performance. By establishing performance
benchmarks and implementing improvement strategies, you directly enhance the
Rider experience and maintain the highest quality of service.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Contract Compliance: Ensure Small
Business Partners meet their contractual obligations in serving clients.
- Operational Integrity: Manage the overall
performance and reliability of our transportation network.
- Performance Metrics: Establish benchmarks
and track performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate
responses and prioritize actions during critical situations.
- Fleet Compliance: Direct and oversee fleet
maintenance protocols, meticulously managing both scheduled and emergency
maintenance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with
Operators, Clients, and Network Quality Control.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience.
- Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in Paratransit or TNC
network management.
- Language Skills:
- Required:
- Proficient written and verbal communication
skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions,
correspondence, and memos.
- Capability to effectively present
information in small group settings to customers, clients, and
cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Required:
- Ability to learn and effectively use dispatch
software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Excel and Teams.
