Qualifications and responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Use Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to run and maintain reports
- Coordinate with the clinical team to maintain a smooth experience for all patients
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dental experience is beneficial but not required- we are willing to train the right candidate!
- This would be a great opportunity for a hygienist or assistant looking for less clinical duties!! (Pay dependent on experience and qualifications)
