Responsibilities
We make it very simple for you.
- We generate the leads from various sources
- Once they are ready to make a move
- We work with them to get them PreQualified
- Once they are PreQualified we send them to an agent partner in the location they would like to purchase
- The agent partner takes the Buyer over
- The agent partner writes the contract and gets under contract
- Our in house Transaction Coordinator assists throughout the contract process
- Buyers Closes and you get paid!
