We provide professional embroidery machines, digitizing software, personalization fulfillment automation, and web applications for home based and commercial markets.
Melco International is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to answer phones, greet incoming customers, assist the sales admin team, as well as other general office duties.
Essential Functions
- Answers phones (first in rotation for incoming phone calls)
- Greets customers and other parties as they enter the reception area
- Sends reminders of past due balances to customers and follows up with them
- Calls customers when credit card declines to obtain current credit card information and updates customer card
- Enters and maintains customer information and sales data into company database(s)
- Kitchen supplies management as well as other miscellaneous tasks as required

- Problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities
- Highly organized; detail oriented; and ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Communication proficiency, including interpersonal, phone and written skills in English
- Computer skills, knowledge of MS-Office

Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week. Ideal hours would be 10:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday.
Required Education and Experience
This position requires a high school diploma or general equivalent degree (GED), or equivalent experience.
