Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Melbourne, FL. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting BMW vehicles that best meet their needs, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, showcasing vehicle features, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and following up to ensure satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining knowledge of current BMW products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Effective communication, listening, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in learning and presenting knowledge about products and features
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage customer interactions efficiently
