- Build staff capability with patience, clarity and strong pedagogical insight
- Understand mental health as a developmental journey shaped by relationships, environment and experience
- Know how to guide and support staff to identify early signs of need
- Communicate sensitively with teachers, families and external professionals
- Bring professional judgement, organisation and a steady presence to complex situations
- Value collaboration, reflective dialogue and working within a shared leadership structure
- Current VIT registration
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in student mental health, wellbeing, learning diversity or pastoral support
- Commitment to child safety and the Victorian Child Safe Standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine desire to work within a Catholic school and contribute to our mission
