Program Dates:
Summer Only: May through August
The exciting internship with our world class Information Technology Department will be structured to accommodate your college requirements, but typically will last 90 days. Each intern will be assigned a Manager as a mentor to work closely with and to learn from. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team building activities with additional members of the IT department.
The individual selected will be able to apply basic knowledge of data movement, data warehousing, and reporting practices and procedures to the development of business intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for production reporting systems
- Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature
- Actively participate in designing, building and deploying enterprise reporting systems
- Review customer requirements to gain understandings of data and reports
- Participate in data collection, data warehousing, and data reporting activities
Qualifications
- Preference given to students currently in their junior or senior year of college, pursuing a degree in related field
- Able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho for your program dates of approximately 90 days
- Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher
- Exposure to SQL and Power BI
- Strong creativity skills
- Strong customer relation skills
- General business skills
