Overview
Melaleuca is seeking exceptional individuals to join our Management Trainee Program at our Global Headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Designed for soon to be and recent college graduates, this program provides a unique opportunity to launch a meaningful and rewarding career while gaining hands on experience across multiple areas of our business.
The Management Trainee Program is structured to develop future business leaders through rotational assignments and immersive learning experiences across a variety of departments including Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and Analytical teams. Participants will build foundational business knowledge, strengthen leadership capabilities, and contribute to meaningful projects that support Melaleuca’s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured rotational assignments across multiple business functions
- Gain hands on experience working alongside leaders across departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
- Develop leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills through real world business experiences
- Support department initiatives and contribute to key business projects
- Learn and apply Melaleuca’s business model, culture, and leadership principles
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast paced, growth oriented environment
- Contribute to Melaleuca’s mission of enhancing the lives of those we touch
Qualifications
- Recent or upcoming college graduate with strong academic performance
- Minimum 3.7 GPA preferred
- Strong leadership potential and desire for professional growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Self motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to relocate to Idaho Falls, Idaho and work onsite at Melaleuca’s Global Headquarters
- Bachelor’s degree required
