- Great Starting Pay of $15.00 $.25 Shift Differential
- Evening shift from 7:00 PM-11:00 PM
- Longevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.)

- Vacuum carpeted floors and floor mats
- Sweep, mop and dust all areas of the building.
- Ensure that all trash is removed from the building and deposited into the receptacle.
- Clean all restrooms by sweeping & mopping floors, disinfecting the restrooms, (i.e., wiping & washing urinals, toilets, sinks, stalls, walls, floors, mirrors, etc.).
- Clean lunchroom by sweeping floors, disinfecting the lunchroom: by wiping & washing tables, chairs, counters, floors, walls, windows, etc.
- Clean windows inside of the facility.
- Clean offices including desks, chairs, carpet and chair mats.
- Ensure that the building is “Tour Ready” condition at all times.
- Previous cleaning / custodial experience is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Walking, stretching, and lifting for the duration of the shift
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
