We’re looking for a bilingual agent who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to better meet their insurance needs. This role focuses on supporting customers after the sale, guiding renewal and billing conversations, and growing accounts through cross-selling.
Responsibilities
- Provide service after the sale, including welcome calls, policy questions, changes, and follow-up.
- Contact clients about upcoming renewals, explain changes, and review available options.
- Assist with billing questions, payment concerns, and payment arrangements available through the carrier.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities by reviewing clients’ current policies and additional insurance needs.
- Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and follow through to complete additional sales.
- Address customer concerns and help retain existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks in the agency’s CRM.
- Provide clear, professional service in both languages.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency required, with the ability to confidently handle service and sales conversations in both languages.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Comfortable discussing billing concerns, renewal changes, and additional coverage.
- A patient, helpful approach and a willingness to ask for the sale.
- Insurance or customer service experience preferred.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
