Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in.
- Complete administrative tasks in an organized and efficient manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and counselor requests to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with FEMALE patient drug testing. This role involves direct observation and assistance with female patient drug testing; therefore, the position requires a female staff member to ensure patient privacy and compliance.
- Uphold HIPPA protections and MELA policies and procedures related to patient services and security
Qualifications
- Welcoming customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele
- Knowledge of front desk procedures is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication skills
- REQUIRED: Must be available for weekday afternoon/evening shifts (1:00pm-9:00pm) and Saturday's (8:30am-5:00pm)

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
